Return Policy We will gladly accept returns of unused, unchalked, unopened items for store credit or exchange of the purchase price of
the merchandise less shipping fees within 14 days of your order receipt.

Item(s) must be in resaleable condition and have its original packaging. There will be a 20% restocking fee for all items returned.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unl ess we shipped an item you did not order.

We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges after 14 days, sorry no exceptions.

(800) 383-1119 during Monday-Thursday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm EST. We will handle your return/exchange promptly as it is received.

Please allow up to one billing cycle from the date of the return for credits to appear on your credit card statement.

Please Note: Warpage is not considered a manufacturer defect once a cue has been chalked.

Lay-A-Way-No refunds will be given on lay-a-way orders.

Freight Items Return
Policy (Including Pool Tables):

Any damages obtained during shipping are the responsiblity of the consignee.

Please contact us at sales@billiardfootball.com immediately if a freight delivered item is delivered damaged.
All freight returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Cancelling An Order:

Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be cancelled.

If the item(s) is on backorder and unable to ship you may cancel the order by calling our
customer service department only during normal business hours. Emails will not be accepted as form of cancellation.

Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%, plus all actual shipping fees.

Please note, all cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee to cover transaction fees.
